The second chapter revolves around the craftsmanship component and its link with the artistic creativity, disclosing the whole process behind the masterpiece designed by Simone Lingua for Bvlgari, Sotiria.

At the heart of each and every one of the fifty cupolas there is, in fact, a blown-glass icosaedro; perceived by the viewer as a shining diamond whose luminous lights appear to be vibrant, intense and expanded thanks to a kinetic effect.

Indeed, the shape, as well as the particular manufacturing texture of the polyhedron’s surface, is mirrored and multiplicated by the chromed cupola around it. The spectator’s movements animate the œuvre, triggering a dance of shine bright reflexes, designing the ultimate diamond made of light.
